The Russians have major — simply enormous — problems with this.
They have excellent navigation systems, such as Kometa, which they install in Shaheds, glide bombs, and so on. But they have major communication problems. They are unable to solve them. For example, only Starlink can fully replace Starlink.
There is no substitute for it in the world. Even China currently does not possess a low-earth-orbit satellite constellation capable of replacing Starlink.

The current situation across the entire front is the best it has been for Ukraine probably since the autumn of 2022. I would not say it is extremely optimistic, but it is the best position Ukraine has been in since then.
